Our Guarantee A lot of love and care has gone into developing SilQura products and we are confident that you'll love them.

Hygiene & Safety Disclaimer Due to the nature of our products (personal hygiene and body care), we cannot accept returns on used or opened items for health and safety reasons. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Return Process If you wish to return your unopened product, please send us an email at contact@silqura.com within 14 days of receiving your order and include your order number in the email.

Please allow 2-3 working days for us to review your claim. If your claim is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number along with our return shipping address. The customer will be responsible for the return shipping fee.

Terms & Conditions

Your return claim must be lodged within 14 days from your delivery date.

Items must be sealed, unused, and in original packaging.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or faulty.

The customer is only able to make a claim once and it must be their first order on www.silqura.com

If you have previously bought from us, unfortunately, you aren't eligible to lodge a money-back claim.
